Daily 3-minute availability check
- Open homepage in normal mode and Lite Mode.
- Open one long article and confirm CSS, images, share buttons, and author/reviewer box.

After-update safety order
- Upload theme ZIP and activate.
- Save permalinks once from WordPress settings.

Backup and restore rule
Before any major update, keep three safe copies: current working theme ZIP, database backup, and uploads folder backup. This protects the mission if a server, plugin, CDN, or cache change causes a problem.

CDN fail-safe
If design looks plain or broken, first test local assets by temporarily disabling the CDN constant in wp-config.php, then clear cache.

If pages load slowly, test without cache plugin once, then re-enable cache layer by layer: page cache, object cache, CDN, browser cache.
Patient fail-safe
Keep Lite Mode available so patients with weak internet can still read text-first guidance.
