Oppo A3s is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM. The Oppo A3s runs Android 8.1 Oreo and is powered by a 4230mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo A3s on the rear packs a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a second 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.2 aperture.
