Healthy Beautiful Eyes – Naturally way to take care of your eye

Beautiful Eyes

Beautiful eyes naturally reflect the total health condition in your life. But we don,t care about our vital organ in body & forget frequently about the needed our eye health. They provide organisms with vision, the ability to receive and process visual detail, as well as enabling several photo response functions that are independent of vision. Eyes detect light and convert it into electro-chemical impulses in neurons. In higher organisms, the eye is a complex optical system that collects light from the surrounding environment, regulates its intensity through a diaphragm, focuses it through an adjustable assembly of lenses to form an image, converts this image into a set of electrical signals, and transmits these signals to the brain through complex neural pathways that connect the eye via the optic nerve to the visual cortex and other areas of the brain.

 Healthy & Beautiful Eyes Naturally

 Exercise Your Eyes

One of the most relaxing and simplest tips for healthy eyes is exercising your eyes. Exercising properly will help to maintain optimal vision as well as keep the annoying eye floaters at bay. You can perform these following exercises in the morning, or before bedtime, and any time that your eyes feel tired. Just keep in mind that before exercising, your hands are clean and the mood is relaxed. It is also important that you can commit to practice daily so that you can see a huge improvement within 1 month. Here they are:

  • Warm your eyes – then rub the palms together for creating heat. And, place your palms against the eyes for about 5 seconds. Do this routine 3 times to get a better result.
  • Roll the eyes – Begin by looking up and slowly circle the eyes 10 times as clockwise and the same as counterclockwise.
  • Concentrate – Hold a pen at arm’s length, then concentrate the eyes on it. Slowly bring the pen closer till the distance from the pen to your nose is about 6 inches. After that, slowly move it back while still keep the eyes focus on the pen. Repeat it 10 times.
  • Massage the temples – Use the thumb knuckles; massage the temples with small circles about 20 times in one certain direction and 20 times on the counter. Do the same action with the mid-point of your eyebrows at your forehead and then below your eyes on two sides.
  • After reading or working on the computer – take a mini nap. Just put the head back, close the eyes, and stay relaxed for about 3 minutes. If your eyes are so tired or feel like they are suffering from an eye issue, then lie down and place a cooling cucumber slice over the eyelids.
  • Blink the eyes regularly – Constantly blinking the eyes will keep your eyes fresh and also avoid eyestrain. The majority of computer users usually blink the eyes so less; therefore, it is also recommended that they need to follow the eyes blinking exercise every 3-4 seconds.
  • Head nod –  Your nod will be up and down as if you are nodding “yes” to someone. Then, look up the ceiling and down the toes. It can help you strengthen the muscles in the neck, thereby increasing blood circulation to your head and eyes. Also, it can help you reduce the sagging chin.

Try a Seafood Diet

You probably know that omega-3 fatty acids can bolster heart and brain health, but they can also decrease your risk of eye disease. According to a study published in the 2011 Archives of Ophthalmology, women who ate canned tuna and dark-fish meat (mackerel, salmon, sardines, bluefish, swordfish) just once a week had a 42 percent lower risk for AMD than those who ate such fish less than once a month. “Fish oils and fish-oil supplements are loaded with antioxidants that help prevent the damage from free radicals that can cause diseases like AMD,” says Tanya Zuckerbrot, a registered dietitian in New York City. Another reason to go fish: Increasing your intake of omega-3s may also support healthier tear film.

Take A Walk In The Early Morning
