Peach Juice – Nutritional Value, Health Benefits

Peach juice is obtained from peaches, the fruit of Prunus persica. It is inherent to northern China; the fruit has been cultivated for 8000 years and is a substantial cultural, culinary and medicinal fruit. Peach has light fuzz on its outer skin and stone in the center. The flesh is soft, juicy, and orange or yellow when ripe.
